Aplicação do Design Thinking em um Problema Educacional: Um Relato de Experiência

This paper describes the experience of using design thinking to identify problems in the education system of a public institution of higher education and how to work assertively to achieve the solution. In this article are the steps that make up the design process, the artifacts produced during the process and how they can be used to find appropriate solutions to real problems in the educational context. In this sense this article is to demonstrate the importance of adopting a systematic process to rethink problems in the education system. The results achieved demonstrate the benefits of Design Thinking as applied academia.
